Get the Frequency, Rise Time, Duty Cycle and Voltages of a waveform on the 54600 oscilloscope using Agilent VEE Pro. It uses the Agilent IntuiLink Software for the 54600-Series Oscilloscopes.
You will need to be running Agilent VEE Pro version 5.01 or later.
When using the Agilent VEE Pro sample, be sure to set the I/O of the control. To set the I/O address for the control right click on the scope icon and select 'Control Properties', select the 'Set I/O' tab and then set the I/O address.
The sample demonstrates reading a bitmap from the scope, reading the data points from the waveform of the scope, and making measurements such as frequency period, rms voltage and rise time.
You can save setups for the scope in the 'Setups' that are saved in the project or in a file. These setups are then accessible from code. See the Help file under 'SetupAgt54600Scope' Object for command descriptions.
