VISA COM: Waveform Download using VB Read Me

This program downloads and executes an arbitrary waveform to the Agilent 33120A or 33250A.

This program downloads and executes an arbitrary waveform to the Agilent 33120A or 33250A. The waveforms can be downloaded as a comma separated list of double values (-1 to +1 full scale values), a comma separated list of integer values (-8191 to +8191 full scale values), or integer values converted to a definite length arbitrary block data.

This program uses the Agilent VISA COM objects to program the instrument. To use the IO object in another Visual Basic project, set the reference to include the appropriate libraries in the Project/References menu:

  "Agilent VISA COM Resource Manager 1.0", corresponds to AgtRM.DLL
  "VISA COM 488.2 Formatted I/O 1.0", corresponds to the BasicFormattedIO.dll
