  • There are two different licenses for this software AE6910T covers 10Mbps to 5Gbps and AE6920T 10Mbps to 10Gbps, please choose the license suited for the data rate you want to test. 
  • The download available is for both the AE6910T and AE6920T.

如何安装

  • Make sure you have specified version of Infiniium oscilloscope firmware (see the software release notes) by choosing Help > About Infiniium... from the main menu.
    • 6.60 version for S/V-Series
    • 11.06 version for MXR-Series
    • 10.20 version for UXR-Series
  • Note: You must be logged in to Windows with administrative privileges to install the software.
  • On the oscilloscope, open (execute) the downloaded file, and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
  • If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Yes to allow the Installation to continue.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
  • Note that you must accept the terms of the license agreement to continue.
