Prices

Keysight Technologies reserves the right to change course prices at anytime. In the event of such a change, confirmed registrations will be honored at the original price. Registrations confirmed by a purchase order within 30 days of a price increase will also be honored at the original price.

Cancellations by Students

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the class to avoid any fees. If cancellation without rescheduling occurs from one to nine business days prior to the class date, the customer is subject to a 50% fee (based on the original amount of the order). If there is an available alternative class and the customer reschedules, there will be no fee. If the customer cancels the same day or does not attend, there is no refund.

Confirmations

Please do not make travel arrangements prior to receiving confirmation of your class registration. Confirmation notification should occur within 48 hours of registration via email or fax. If you have not received a confirmation or you want to check on the status of your registration please call, in the U.S., 1-800-829-4444.

Cancellations by Keysight

Keysight must provide customer with 10 business days written notification of class cancellation.
