Keysight Technologies is pleased to introduce the 3.51p software release for existing i1000D series of in-circuit testers. This release can be installed on testheads and test development stations with Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) operating system. Some of the highlights include:

如何下载

  • Click the "Download" button.
    Save file to a folder in C: drive of PC.

如何安装

  • The installer will automatically prompt to install the i1000 software & the 3rd party software required.
    1. Double click on the appropriate installer file.
    2. Select “I accept the agreement” option and click Next.
    3. The next screen shows a list of plug-in modules that will be installed. Click Next.
    4. Select “Create a desktop icon”. Click Next.
    5. Click Install to start the i1000 software installation.
    6. USB Host driver will be installed automatically after the installation of the drivers.
    7. Select “I accept the terms of the license agreement”. Click Next.
    8. Click Install. This may take a few minutes. Click Finish when the installation is completed.
    9. Java is required for the i1000 software to operate. Click Install.
    10. After the Java installation is completed, it will proceed to install Microsoft® .NET Framework.
    11. Click Finish to complete the installation. The i1000 software is now installed.
