Genesys 2009.04 SP1 service pack replaces Genesys 2009.04 completely. DO NOT install Genesys 2009.04 SP1 over existing Genesys 2009.04. Uninstall Genesys 2009.04 if it is currently installed. Install Genesys 2009.04 SP1. Current customers may need a new USB key
