E5071C 网络分析仪固化软件更新
请注意：您无需将ENA返回是德维修中心进行固化软件更新。根据本网页的信息和工具，您可以轻松地自行更新您的ENA固化硬件。
固化硬件更新的下载步骤：
- 点击页面底部的“E5071C 固化软件 A.XX.XX修订版”。将（.exe ）文件复制到您计算机硬盘上的临时目录（例如，C:TEMP）下。
- 请选中临时目录，双击.exe文件进行解压缩以提取文件。
警告
- 只在ENA上安装该固化软件。在PC机上安装该固化软件会无法使用。
- 只在E5071C上安装该固化软件。在E5070A/71A / E5070B/71B上安装该固化软件会导致ENA发生故障。如果您是E5070B/71B的用户，请参考 E5070B/71B的下载页面。
- 要求的最低固化软件版本：
E5071C 4.5 GHz 选件（选件 24x/44x）要求固化软件版本 A.08.01 或更高版本。
E5071C 20 GHz 选件（选件 2K5/4K5）要求固化软件版本 A.09.10 或更高版本。
E5071C 6.5 GHz 和 14 GHz 选件（选件 26x/46x/2D5/4D5）要求固化软件版本 A.09.30 或更高版本。
尝试安装旧版本将会使 E5071C 发生故障。 - 只在 E5071C 上安装此固化软件。不得在 PC 上安装此固化软件，因为这可能导致它无法使用。
- 如果 E5071C 作为 N4374B 光波元器件分析仪的一部分使用，那么固化软件升级也需要对 LCA 固化软件进行升级。
注：针对 A.07.02版和 A.07.01版用户的LXI C类标准更新
符合LXI C类标准需要：
- 安装E5071C固化软件 A.08.01版或更新版本
- 下载下列“ENALXISetup.exe”，双击该文件，安装所需的软件
固化软件更新中发现的问题
更新固化软件时，桌面屏幕上显示的程序可能会中止。如果出现该问题，请重新启动 Windows，以便顺利完成更新过程。
A.09.60 版本中发现的问题
- 为了支持第 A.09.60 版本执行多个 Ecal 连接，Ecal 控制驱动程序从 HDD 版本 CN960 开始更新（在工厂发运时已安装了固化软件版本 A.09.60）。如果您在与 HDD 版本 CN954 或更低版本一起提供的设备上使用多个 Ecal 控制时遇到问题，请联系我们
- 如果这些设备所安装的固化软件版本较低，则 E5071C 将不能正确地识别 Ecal。联系我们
A.09.50 版本中发现的问题
- 在以前版本中保存的状态文件不能与 A.09.50 版本相兼容（仅限于双端口选件）。
- 将 0 电平设置为负值时，眼图测量无法正常执行（仅限于选件 TDR）。请参见
A.09.23 版本中出现的问题
- 在频段扫描模式、功率扫描模式和频率偏置模式（仅限 E5071C Opt.2K5/4K5 20GHz 选件）下，N443x 4 端口 Ecal 的等待时间不够长。
A.09.22 版本中出现的问题
- 包括校准数据的状态文件（类型――状态和校准或两者）不能和其他版本完全兼容
A.08.12 版本中出现的问题（版本 A.09.10 已修复了这些问题）
- 如果将端口阻抗设置为虚数，那么 Z 转换工具（Zr 和 Zt）将不能完成正常的校准工作。
- 如果您使用外部 SG 控制特性来测量绝对值，则绝对值测量将不能正常工作。
- 如果您改变了 ENA 系统的语言设置，则校准套件定义文件将无法正常工作。如欲了解更多详细信息，请参考常见问题解答（FAQ）： 如果更改 ENA 上的语言设置（默认为英文），则会发生校准套件数据错误。

- 在外部测试仪模式下不能正常进行校准。校准后会出现错误。
A.07.02 版本中发现的问题（这个问题已在 A.08.01版本中修复）
- 标量混频器校准功能不正常。标量混频器校准之后不能更新迹线。
A.07.01 版本中已知的问题（这些问题已在 A.07.02版本中修复）
- 一旦执行了电子校准，部分夹具仿真器功能就不能正常运行。与工作区一样，请关闭夹具仿真器然后打开（请按分析>夹具仿真器>关闭，然后分析>打开夹具仿真器）。
- 当打开端口扩展功能时，保存SnP功能不能正常保存屏幕上不显示的迹线。如果必须通过端口扩展输出标准文件，请在屏幕上显示所有迹线。
- 与其他夹具仿真器功能连用时，反嵌入s4p功能不能正常运行，这和单端参数有关。例如，当4端口内嵌应用在端口1和端口2上时，将端口Z转换应用到端口3会导致端口1和端口2上的内嵌s4p不能正常运行。

- Click the download button and save the file to a temporary directory on your windows 7/10 PC. Then run the E5071C_xx.xx.exe to extract the E5071C.msi.

- Save the E5071C.msi file to a USB mass storage device in order to move it to E5071C. Connect the USB mass storage device into the front USB port of the E5071C.
- Copy or move the E5071C.msi file to D drive.
- Press System > Service Menu > Update Firmware. (if the password dialog box appears, type e507xa as the password, then click OK.)
- In Open dialog box, select E5071C.msi, then press Open. Then the windows installer appears.
- Follow the instruction of windows installer.
- After the installation is finished, the firmware restarts.
- Press System > Firmware Revision to confirm the firmware revision you have just installed.
