Please Note:
- Instruments running the Windows 10 operating system – Refer to both the Current Version and Previous Versions tabs below
- There is no reason to recalibrate when new software is installed.
- Firmware A.36.0x is the last installer for benchtop X-series analyzers N90x0B including both traditional and multi-touch GUI X-apps in the same installer.
- Firmware A.37.0x or above will only support multi-touch GUI X-apps program inside the installer for benchtop X-series analyzers N90x0B. (Traditional GUI X-apps are NOT included and software licenses of traditional GUI X-Apps are NOT recognized.)
