  • Click the download button and save the file to a temporary directory on your PC. Do download the VNA_x64_A.xx.xx.xx.exe file on your PC first, then execute it on PC. Do not execute it from browser.

如何安装

PXI/USB VNA
  1. Press System > Main > Exit to terminate the VNA application.
  2. Double-click VNA_x64_A.xx.xx.xx.exe on your PC.
  3. Follow the instructions for the installation.
  4. Once the software installation is done, reboot both PC and PXI chassis/USB VNA.
VNA Simulator
  1. Use “turn on windows features” to enable .NET 3.5.
  2. Install IO library if it is not installed.
  3. Double-click VNA_x64_A.xx.xx.xx.exe on your PC.
  4. Follow the instructions for the VNA software installation.
  5. Reboot the PC once the VNA software installation is done.
  6. Install the license of S94050B or 51B on Keysight License Manager or Keysight License Manager 6.

颁发许可证

  • (PXI/UXB VNA Firmware) Does not require a license
  • (VNA Simulator) Free Data Viewer does not require a license
  • (VNA Simulator) SCPI control for Standard S-parameters requires the Standard Simulator license (S94050B).
  • (VNA Simulator) Access to Advanced Applications requires the Advanced Simulator license (S94051B).
