如何下载
- Unzip the zip file to a folder.
- Go to folder PL23XX_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v202, click on the PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_v202.Exe to install the U1173B IR-USB cable driver.
如何安装
- Connect the multimeter to your PC via the U1173B IR-USB connectivity cable and turn on the multimeter.
- Go to Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight U123xA Firmware Update > Keysight U123xA Firmware Update Software (Version 3.00).
- Click “Auto Search COM Port” button to search and detect the unit. The model number, serial number and current firmware version of the multimeter will be displayed in the “Model Number”, "Serial Number" and "Current Version" field.
- Make sure the instrument is in connected status before you start firmware update. Click “Upload Firmware” to start firmware update.
- The multimeter will reset and recover itself after the firmware update.

Reset the multimeter to its Default values through the setup menu (refer to User's Guide page 96). This step is mandatory.
