Keysight’s first-to-market F8800B PROPSIM F64 RF Channel Emulator enables users to perform benchmarking of devices, base stations, digital radios, and sensor systems across the entire product workflow, from research and development to acceptance and field performance optimization. By performing a majority of the testing in a realistic lab environment, users can optimize time to market with improved maturity and reduce costs related to product development and maintenance.

F8800B fulfills all 5G NR key technical requirements, including:
  • Signal bandwidths 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 90, 100, 200, 400 MHz
  • All 5G NR carrier aggregation (CA) schemes
  • 5G NR frequency range 1 and frequency range 2
  • All 3GPP standard channel models
  • Massive MIMO using radio channel models defined in TR38.901 for both conducted and over-the-air (OTA) testing
  • Device MIMO OTA TS38.151

F8800B supports a wide range of deployment scenarios and technologies:

  • 5G and 5G Advanced in non-standalone (NSA) and standalone (SA) modes
  • Non-Terrestrial Networks, NTN (3GPP and non-3GPP)
  • Prototyping 6G technologies 
  • Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and prototyping Wi-Fi 8 (802.11bn) technologies
  • Ultra-wideband and Bluetooth LE use cases
  • RF channel emulation from HF to mmWave frequencies
